Traditional Dalmatian cake made of naturally dried figs and chunky pieces of walnuts.
Many years ago farmers and fishermen enjoyed it as an excellent energy source during their long and physically demanding working days. Today, this is recognised as a delicious and healthy delicacy.
Handmade using a traditional recipe in Split, Dalmatia.
Serve on its own, followed by a brandy, tea or coffee. Pair with a strong goats or any other cheese.
Free from artificial ingredients and preservatives, a 100% natural product. Ingredients: dried figs 55%, almonds 20%, walnuts 20%, sugar, acidity regulator, citric acid.
