Delivery will be made to the address which you specify when ordering.
UK Deliveries
All orders are delivered by a fully tracked courier service, with delivery Monday to Friday between 8am & 8pm.
A signature delivery service can also be selected for an additional £1. Please select this option at the checkout.
For UK deliveries, you have the option at the checkout to specify a shipping address which is different to your card’s billing address. We are happy to deliver to work places, neighbours or friends if this information is provided at the checkout.
All orders received by 5pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. No orders are dispatched on a Saturday, Sunday or a UK Bank Holiday.
The usual transit time for UK addresses is 2-3 days.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email providing access to the courier company’s online tracking system. You will then be able to see when your parcel is due to be delivered to you.
If nobody is in to receive the parcel a card will be left and you can arrange redelivery at a more convenient time. The courier will also attempt another delivery the next day and the day after, a total of 3 deliveries will be attempted.
The delivery cost will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of your goods at the checkout, depending on the weight of the ordered goods. Delivery starts from as little as £2.99.
International deliveries
