Delicious sheep cheese from the island of Pag. An artisan cheese made from the milk from an indigenous breed of wild sheep, which feed off the wild sea washed herbs growing on this beautiful rugged landscape. The sheep are milked by local villagers who sell the milk to the Gligora Dairy.
