- Guest cheese: Borough market’s finest. Every now and then we choose a different cheese to compliment our boards, bringing in a new flavour to keep things interesting!
- Mozzarella balls: Fresh Italian cheese balls made from cow’s milk, characterised by a soft texture and mild and delicate flavour.
- Truffle Cheese: For those who appreciate a little luxury, our truffle cheese infuses the richness of the earth’s most coveted fungus, adding a bold yet refined flavour to your board.
- Smoked Cheese: This cheese, infused with a deep smoky flavour adds a savoury touch to every bite.
