Paski Sir
This great cheese regularly wins awards every year. This year in 2023 it collected 2 Great Taste stars!
This delightful artisan cheese is made from an indigenous breed of sheep that roam freely over the rocky slopes on the island of Pag. The sheep feed on the wild rosemary and fauna which is gently kissed by the warm sea breeze all adding to a distinctive flavour.

A delicious goat’s milk cheese that has been aged for 6 months in black olive pomace. This cheese has a beautiful creamy flavour, light saltiness and gentle bitter aftertaste.
White truffle honey
2 star winner.
Decadent and delicious. Our truffle honey is made from acacia honey and white truffles from Istria. The perfect accompaniment to any cheese board. Or try it drizzled on a pizza or over asparagus.
Pumpkin seed oil
1 star winner.
Cold pressed roasted pumpkin seeds make this superfood product which is not only extremely healthy and good for you but is delicious drizzled on a winter soup, over roasted vegetables, humous, or makes a great marinade base for beef and lamb dishes. We also recommend it on vanilla ice cream for the more adventurous folk!

Dried fig cake with almonds and walnuts. A perfect accompaniment to cheese and a delicious healthy snack made using a traditional Croatian recipe.
Our olive oils are from Istria, voted “The best olive oil region” for 7 consecutive years by Flos Olei ( the industry bible for olive oil). Vibrant, green and grassy with varying levels of bitterness and pepperiness.
