Smokvenjak with Goats Cheese and Parma ham

Ingredients: Smokvenjak (dried figs, raisins, lemon juice, almonds, sage, and rosemary), Layered with goats cheese, Parma ham, Cantaloupe melon and Croatian orange extra virgin olive oil, served on silver muse spoons.

 

Black Olive and Almond Tapenade

Ingredients: Croatian black olive Tapenade (black olives, almonds, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme,  Croatian extra virgin olive oil), mixed with roasted red peppers, tomato concassé, spring onions,  layered on a Crouté.

 

Paški Sir Sheep Cheese with Fig Jam Feuillet and Cayenne Pepper

Ingredients: Paški sheeps cheese, fig comfiture, baked and served on a puff pastry Feuillet.

 

Scotch Egg and Ajvar purée
